 Speedo Marine held their 2015 New year’s gala at the headquarter 
 6th February 2015, the president James Li attended the gala and 
gave a speech that put forward new goals for company’s operation 
and management.

2015 will be the year of management and culture for Speedo Marine.
Building Speedo’s  management and enterprise culture,the most 
important I think is Good at management, strict in management, 
skilled in management. And base on this,understanding takes the 
first place,communicate more,then optimize the management. 
In 2015 we have the confidence to do the team-building better.

That clients always come first has been our service concept but 
it is not enough,our service team should put this concept deep 
in their mind.Only comes from the heart can they be considerate

unprecedented serious. But we have full confidence,no matter 
how the world changes,people’s life style comes the similar,
that is love the sea,love the nature and love the life.The 
European and American countries are developed economy and the 
sea life is various,while China has very long coastline,however 
the society and economy changes,the see life becoming more 
and more is a certain trend. What we should do is Slowly but
